Rosemary fries with Mixed Herb Mayo Dip

Rosemary fries + our Mixed Herb Vegan Mayo make for the perfect match.

  • Slice up the potato into <1cm slices.

  • Drizzle with oil (we love Kentish Oils Rapeseed Oil).

  • Scatter in a little rosemary, making sure the chips are well coated.

  • Put on a baking tray and place in oven pre-heated to 180°C.

  • Once golden and starting to crisp, serve with your favourite A Little Bit Vegan Mayo
